I think the fact that the sales teams are still using the same excuses

I highly doubt they can actually turn up a BGP session on that service.

shared bandwidth, not guaranteed like a PtP Fiber connection. There is also no

Been a very happy customer of DIA service for 12+ years from Global
Crossing/Level3/CenturyLink.
Not the Fiber+ product, but sales / support has been great for us.
