Noticing in the past month or so am seeing an increase in crc errorswhen I
doI change the duplex from 100 to 10base and it runs with no errors but the
customer are not happy...

supposed 1x. Noise, signal, multipath, jitter, etc are causing it to a lower
modulation.

but I am running 5.7 sm with firmware 13.4.1
on the home screen Session status says its registered at rate 1X/1X
but if I go into configuration under Dynamic Rate Adapt I have the choice of
putting 1x/2x which is what is selected

All my ptp230 are running 11.2 had major problems when it was 12.x firmware
like what you described below...i thought it was the syncinjector but after
