its just the workaround.
1st make internet explorer as your default browser.
to do this on windows 10, do the following.
1. press windows key, you will see a search feeld.
2. type default app settings and press enter.
3. press tab untill jaws says "web brouser, firefox button.
4. press enter.

I use Firefox as my default browser but have never done a restore
settings. could I request you to help me with how ii can do this?

I have noticed a strange message from Outlook 2016 with JAWS 18.0.4321
when trying to open links in a mail which is preventing me from
opening any links. this is as of a couple of days back. is there a
