As indicated in the tutorial, you need to drag and drop the quantity in the
rectangle on the top.
In the image, there is no orange in the top rectangle, so it is not a good
answer
140 is very long. If 80 is only "a little too short" then 120 is probably
more likely to work than 140.
I agree the quill adaptor and stem could give you a lot of flexibility for
trying the different length out.

Nice! It seems exactly like the MT-54S but maybe with a touch more height.
The MT-54S is my favorite Nitto stem.

I had 48's under some mini-v's and it was super tight. That's with a Box
Components mini-v which by specs is slightly taller than the MiniMoto. I
switched to 42's to improve the room. I can't see me getting fenders under
there with the 42's. I have never personally tried the combo you are
kernel-3.10.0-1160.59.1.el7.src.rpm
