well, hey I was lucky enough to get copy and paste to work, and I
learned about the two edit boxes, I guess the one was for my email
address and the other for my serial number. It was only then could I get
to ask me to "register on line," which I gleefully accepted.

I haven’t piped up until now.
I did enter the serial number into my SF 12 Pro product though it did take me a
little time.
I don’t remember exactly what I did and should have taken notes as I’ll most
likely have to do it all again in the not to distant future.

THANK YOU! I did get it working, found there were 2 edit fields, both
unlabeled, one didn't have room for my serial number, so I deduced that
it may require my email address. Then, when I did that, I got the
