Hello, for quarantined emails, I read that this header reports the
listing of a directory of my file system :-(.
Who decide the value for this header?

Ken,
I've also implemented Passive OS Fingerprinting using the instructions
written by Mark and have been pleased with P0Fs contributions.
It seems to me that P0F would be more valuable if it could discern
between a desktop OS and a server. On my system anyway, P0F appears to
lump Windows

I am using amavisd-new-2.4.5 and I want to be able to allow certain
persons in my company to send certain, currently banned, attachments.
I have the config below that should allow [EMAIL PROTECTED] to send an

Jogi,
Just working on tests with current amavis from Debian/etch (2.4.2) to

Where do I find an RPM for perl-File-Temp for Centos 5 that will work? At
some point Perl got upgraded, and perl-File-Temp stopped working, killing
amavisd-new. I've tried different versions, even from a src.rpm, but they
won't install due to a conflict with Perl.
Don't know about rpm,

Hi there!
I'm running Qmail, and on the same system I run

Qmail listens on x.x.x.42 and postfix listens on

From what I read, this setup might be causing the
error in question. My question is: would anyone know
specifically why this is

Are their any known memory issues with amavis-new-2.5.2 I have servers

Peter,
I am considering moving from the amavisd-maia to amavisd-new
primarily to make sure I have the newest version running.
I probably still need to be able to let users maintain their own
quarantine settings (tag-level and maybee other features) but
I want to keep it fairly simple.

I now remember that older versions (I think 2.something) of
SpamAssassin would give various negative points to some
seldom-abused mail clients.
I would like to have amavis query the list of domains from our LDAP server.
However, after reading over README.lookups and README.ldap, I don't see an
obvious way to do this. The amavis schema
(http://www.ijs.si/software/amavisd/LDAP.schema) is geared toward
individual account objects,

Thanks Mark,
I think I have the solution to the setup so FYI here is my thoughts.
All user are registered in Actice Directory. I need to extend the
attributes and for this I use ADAM. So when a user is createt in AD
they will be given a default SPAM profile in ADAM according to the
LDAP schema
