Hey,
I've listed the pages we have in our dev wiki (not much actually :) )
and try to sort them. I propose a sorting here :
http://amsn.sourceforge.net/wiki/tiki-index.php?page=NewDevWiki
Some pages (Users oriented ones) should be moved, others remo

Hi all,
I just got a few items here I want to give to you, if someone is
interested in taking care of those...
First, we want tkdnd for windows to be shipped with our beloved 0.96
windows release, but you can't just download and use the windows binaries
available in tkdnd website, because th

It was PAt Thoyts (from the Tcl team) who creaed the starkit, he did it
for himself because he didn't want to use any non-starkit-ed software on
his machine... I don't know how it works, how we could create it, but
iirc, the only problem we had was that we weren't using stubs for the

I know someone has a amsn starkit already, so maybe it is a good idea to
supply it. I will have a look when I have some more time. If before then
someone else has the time feel free to look into it.

HeyLipo is easy, the syntax is "lipo -create universal.dylib 10-3-9ppc.dylib -output newfile.dylib". I'll mail you later on when I've built them.- TomOn 25 Jun 2006, at 18:11, Jérôme Gagnon-Voyer wrote:Yeah try to compile it for 10.3.9 PPC and let's see if we can lipo everything togetherLe 25 juin

Heya,I didn't realize you could have 3 architectures in one binary!! That makes things easier!! If you want me to build the 10.3.9 versions, I can do that later on. I'm on holiday atm, so I've got some time on my hands :-)- TomOn 25 Jun 2006, at 17:20, Jérôme Gagnon-Voyer wrote:Seems like an excell

Seems like an excellent idea Tom.But are you totally sure it's impossible to have everything together? We can lipo everything together right?Check the TCL-TK Mailling list archives, here's a message===Jérôme Gagnon-Voyer wrote:To add to the problem, if I convert everything to universal,
Heya you all have surley heard people saying that TCL/TK is slow?
Well all interprteded languages (programs that get's compiled by runtime) will be slower than native bytecode programs.
However could aMSN use something similiar to Starkit? - http://www.equi4.com/starkit.html
A Starkit is a wrappin
Hey,We can't have an "all in one binary" as the wish shell needs to be universal also, and is therefore built against the 10.4u SDK, and won't work on 10.3.9 at all. Building Tcl/Tk for 10.3.9 isn't a problem. Building aMSN for 10.3.9 isn't a problem. So we can easily put out milestone releases for
YES!!! :)

I like email for TODO, I know we are all too lazy to update the wiki.
I'll try to get in touch with theses new technologies, thanks for the

oh about svn merge... do this:
go to trunk/amsn

that works for me
