Here's a schema...
Combine any group of error codes into a single HTTP_.html.var file,
alpha order by language. The name comes from httpd-2.0/include/httpd.h so we
have a strict canonical naming convention. [someday including DAV_ etc.]
Remove the newly combined set from docs/docroot/error
It wasn't very clear - this is the first stab at the Typemap/content patch,
with an example combined error page.
