Regular form?
ARERR 302 usually means that the record in the History table is missing.
Try to find each of the Regular form records and see if you get the

Good warning Chris. I was a victim of this issue at the time and a simple
re-install of office wasn't enough to fix it. Haven't had any problems on 7.1
or the recent versions of 7.0 though.
