Are you trying to update data using the Join form or the underlying Regular form? ARERR 302 usually means that the record in the History table is missing. Try to find each of the Regular form records and see if you get the error on either of them. Fred -Original Message- From: Action

Hi Sileem, With recent versions of the User tool the crystal runtime has its own uninstall listed in add/remove programs. The best way to get the user tool install to re-install the crystal runtime is to uninstall it from there. No amount of renaming or removing files does the trick in my

Just make sure that you don't uninstall crystal as it was installed by the earliest versions of User Tool 7.0.x That version of the crystal runtime had hooks into Microsoft Office and Windows that frequently destroyed your office install, or even destabilized your OS in ways that required you to
