What we did is in the Menu we added Field 1 to Label fields, but we
set Value Field to Field 2. The Form that contained our Data we had
data as follows:
Field 1: Blue

I had issue with installing ITSM Patch 8. It dealt with there being to
many records in the form sys:action, and in our environment T611. I

on the form, you can still go to negative and 10... I was thinking of

box stays the same size so if you go too large your data get trimmed
across the bottom.

I think maybe your problem is a timing issue. Try putting the first
line of the formula as whileprintingrecords; Then using the field tree
select the group or summary fields and do whatever math you need to do.

said we do not provide that. The did once for patch 5 I think it was.
They do now however tell you what forms are modified but not really on
what forms.
It would be nice to have a complete list of bugs outstanding, so we don't
spend time going down a path well traveled.

all you want to do is copy the value of the Request ID field itself to that
field that you have created?

length was the user form (and the user_cache). When the system was conceived,
the original developer used the User form as a User form and a Customer form so
we're looking at 555000+ records in the User
