I have a requirement to look for some Mobility to ITSM solution and need your
views on this one.
We have an ARS7.1/ITSM7.3 installation, some infrastructure and maintenance
team are always on the go and need to start updating their work orders offline
through IPhones.

Have them email the remedy inbox and parse it for updates to the work
orders.

Same logic applies to all the modules. To do something robust, you may need
to push the data from the email form to a staging form to determine what
kind of request it is and then push accordingly.
