Hi, I think that BMC should fix this. The client API-version is always known to the server, so that should be no big problem I would think. I still use ARUser for data manipulation purposes. Or they could give us a spreadsheet type interface to manipulating data in... Best Regards -

There is a known incompatibility for the User Tool and Remedy 9 In Remedy 9 BMC changed the way Overlaid forms are stored and that causes the user tool not to work with them. There was a discussion here back in Mud June on this (Re: Installing and upgrading to BMC Remedy 9). There is a BMC
