Is the issue that mails aren't going in/out?...have you checked the server
ranking table to ensure that each app server is setup properly for email
engine, and ensure that things aren't going into a 'waiting state' on the
proper 'up' servers?

I got Remedy running last fall for a Demo environment I ran for Engage on
Oracle Virtual Box, CentOS, and Oracle Express. I don't know if any of
those are 'supported' or not...oh...and I was running Remedy
8.1.02butI would expect being that worked, 9.x would work as

the values and the ID values (1000;2000;3000;4000;5000;6000). Make sure you
save it and it should synchronize with the master object

After 9.0 all Email Engines are running in server group env, and following the
service failover i.e sharing email engine load among them.

I have used VirtualBox with CentOS 6 and 7, and Oracle XE database.
