Start email engine in debug mode. Create a copo of EmailStart.bat named EmailStartDebug.bat (or something). Edit the parameters and add -Dmail.debug=true as first parameter after "java", and optionally stop redirecting the output to a log file. Stop your service and then manually run EmailStart
