I'm currently doing a comparison on two Remedy servers that run on two
different platforms (Soalris 10 and Windows 2008). I want to know if there are
available tools that I can download to check the performance of the escalations
running on both systems. I already used AR System

to Windows Server. Below is the current system information:
ARS 7.0.1 p10 running on Sun Solaris 10
Oracle 10g running on the same server

I've got an issue where the value of the field "Notification Text" is blank.
This has caused a record to be created in AR System Email Messages form without
subject and content. It was sent to the user with no information at all. I was
wondering if anyone of you already had encountered
If you would change your qualification to this:
(('DB.Status' != 'Status') OR ('DB.Assigned Group' != 'Assigned Group'))
and ('TR.Status'="Assigned") and ('Company'="MyCompany")
This would mean to Notify assigned group only when:

I'm having issues when Group List field in User form reaches 4000 characters.
A certain Remedy user account belongs to multiple support groups, and it
reached the 4000 character limit in User form. We still need to add additional
groups to this account, but it's giving out an error

HAving an issue where the Reported Date from the INcident form doesn't contain
any values. Any idea why is this happening? And also, does BMC have docos for
Reported Date field?
