Can anyone give me some quick insight on the potential impact to ITSM if the
Service Types on Incident are modified?
Out-of-box they are User Service Restoration, User Service Request,
Infrastructure Restoration, or Infrastructure Event. The possibility of
changing these are being floated
We noticed CPU spikes when NTE: workflow started sending out a high volume of
email notifications. This could be a contributor.

Have you thought about using a marquee on the Home page and/or Consoles? From
an admin screen, you could input a message designated for a particular
group/person and the resulting message would scroll across their screen in a
View field. It's another way to manage targeted messaging!

We started receiving this error today when accessing the mid-tier:
Caught Exception: 'mHaveVisualCharacteristics' is null or not an

This error only pops up when accessing the Home Page and the Applications List
field does not populate. All other forms are fine. In
