We've got a really simple 'submit case' form on the intranet where I'm working.
Some staff are starting to access the form from their iphones and finding that
the pulldown menus won't let them select a value. Has anyone seen this? Any
ideas how to get round it?

At the risk of sounding stupid: what/where is RIK?
Also bear in mind I'm on a 100% bespoke arsystem. There are no OTB applications
installed.
I think my best course of action will be to write a super small c# api

I have typically written a process that they attach the csv to an attachment
field and then I save it to the server and run the import there.
with the earlier versions of RKM.
I recall having such a problem as the one you describe. And to get rid of
it, I usually used to actually put them in draft again, and then publish..
that way the status would be in sync with reality..

I was able to delete the table field on the archive form.
Recreate it with a different field ID and only THEN could I change the form to
point to the archive form.
This seems a shame. If you've got a core archive form you're going to want all
the tables to be the matching archive forms, surely.

I did originally try the SF method - but of course, it didn't work, I kept
getting:
ARERR [100] Entry ID parameter is empty
Hence why I used the table field solution. (You do have to go and give a
permission to those fields on the underlying form, of course.)

So, I copied the table field from 'AR System Administration: Manage User
Licences' and put it on the form where I want to find the users's licence.
I removed all the columns except 'Write Licence'.
I set the table

Ideally I'd like: $LICENCE-TYPE$ but I don't think that exists!

Just to be clear - we don't have a problem with licenses.
I'm wanting to stop workflow firing if the user only has a read(floating)
licence.

But if they've got a read licence when you commit the user is going to get an
ugly message saying 'no license available' or some such thing.
