laptop. Create your VM. You can use Windows 7 Professional or Windows Server

You didn’t mention which class these records were in, but most are in Base
Element. If sandbox mode is on, then a mass update of the proper BMC.CORE
form is the only way to do it. You can go directly to the specific class
e.g. BMC.CORE:BMC_ComputerSystem to do the search and update.

That apparently is as designed, since we have seen the same behavior. You
will have to create your own workflow to push the attachment over to the
Incident work info.

I have added quite a few attributes to BaseElement without issue. It does
take time on a slow system to propagate to all the other classes, but should
work.
