Request. These tend to be customers who are doing more complex types of tasks

mention, need to upgrade to 7.1/7.5 to get a supported version of the
CMDB. You might also consider looking at upgrading from CSS 5.6 to
Column's CCRM 7.5. As you know, BMC has stopped development on CSS so no
