Ramesh,
A Kinetic two-cents here. We are using Kinetic V4.0.3 with ARS 6.3 over here
and are happy with it. Approx 800 users. Set up to allow web submissions of
Service Requests to active directory (i.e. Move User, Deactivate Account, etc).
Auto-generates Remedy Change Requests and Tasks.
Hi,
We see the below trying to run reports from Mid Tier. The BMC documentation
and everything else we've researched indicates that we need to verify the
report we are trying to run is still available in the Remedy Reports form. Our
reports are definitely in the Report form. Has anyone out
configured
properly? Did this ever work in the past?

Hi,
The new value should auto-populate on the web services left-hand pane. Right
click in the right-hand pane and click New Element. Name the new element
exactly what is displayed for your new field on the left and map it up.

Another thing to consider is you will not be able to get license keys generated
online should you need them. If you make a server change and need licensing
for it, you will have to coord a purchase with BMC.

Hi,
Hoping someone has hit this bridge before. We are on ARS 6.3 Patch 20 and have
a requirement to upgrade to Ora 10G. We've successfully upgraded the database
but see a No Such File error on libclntsh.so.9.0 when starting Remedy.
The matrix indicates we should be ok on 10G with the 9i
