Try using the employeeID field. That is populated with the EDI/PI
number that is unique to the employee and is their CAC card number.
They can't get a computer account without one. EDI/PI number is 11
characters long.

The real issue is that I can't use a set fields action in and AL,
filter, or escalation for the field label 'Status History.Closed Time.'.
Every time I try to use that label and click the Modify Action button,
the label changes to 'Status History.New Time. This has nothing to do
with the Business
AR System 7.0, MSSql 5.0, and Windows Server 2003
I'm having two issues with the Status History field:
I'm trying to create an escalation that sets a 'Date Closed' field to
the value of 'Status History.Closed.TIME', but every time I save the
escalation and reopen the escalation, the value is

Is there any way possible to use workflow to check for duplicate records in a form without using a unique index? I can't use an index because some of the values in the field will be null.

fields. the only trick is that the AL guide should run on selected rows and the
table should only allow single selection. Hope this helps.
