As child service comes under scope of OLA ,for the same incident ticket
ola gets attached as per ola defined terms n conditions but the sla will
get detached as it's no longer valid.
So the incident can have sla as well as ola attached to same incident but
anyone in active state.

You are right there were some issues with exchange 2010.i
would suggest to perform testing with exchange 2013 before you migrate.
On the other hand,it is important to check with bmc support whether they
support 7604 with exchange 2013

form which you would like to add Apps List.
There you will find the options as Basic/Entry Points with New MODE
and Search MODE , check the applicable option and provide the Application
List Display Order number.
It should work with base ARS installation but you need to apply DSO license
before you configure it and test.

Did you check the portmapper process/daemon is running on that box.
Also I am not sure whether BMC would support Remedy on CentOS as it is not
mentioned in their Comp Matrix.
But the Remedy would work on CentOS as it using the bin/lib of RHEL...
