We use the LDAP integration with Active Directory so all of the password
changes and restrictions are handled within that; however there is a 'User
Password Management Configuration' within the AR System Administration Console
under the System General section where it looks like you can

Some examples:
Disable all accounts where password has not changed 120 days
Remove all accounts that have not been used 365 days
Remove groups - where no members exist.
Review mid-tier log files for excessive error
