If you want just to have the age on days you can set a counter to 0 on
each ticket and increase it by one each day with an escalation while the
ticket is op

I'm looking to add a field to the Help Desk form for the age of a ticket

days) from the submit date to the current date. Any ideas on how to
calculate this via workflow?
