Incident close on create - assignee

Hi All I have a requirement to close an Incident on submit. Basically document there was an alert but no action is required. The submit comes into the HPD:Interface_Create via a web service and if certain criteria is met, the Status gets set to Closed. Problem is in order to create the Incident
