Mid-Tier caching with new groups

MT 7.1, ARServer 7.1 Has anyone out there noticed that the mid-tier doesn't seem to pick up new groups? I created a group from the mid-tier, then tried to set that group as a production and test mapping for a role, but the group wasn't on the list. I pulled up my user tool, and I could easily
