Oncall notification systems

Hi, I'm aware of AlarmPoint (now xMatters) as an optional paging/notification system for Remedy. Does anyone have suggestions of other products to investigate for this type of functionality? This is a very early exploratory question to the list, so I don't have any hard requirements yet - just

We have been using HipLink for years. We have built all of our on call workflow within Remedy and only use HipLink for the notification piece (SNPP/SMTP). One really nice feature is that you can have a fall back method. We used to have a modem in case our server's network connection was lost.
