Remedy Client 7.6.03 running against a 7.1 AR System server

Has anyone discovered a way to get the new Remedy Client 7.6.03 running against a 7.1 AR System server that has 7.1 encryption installed on it? We tried putting the arencrypt71.dll into the same directory on the user's desktop as the Client is installed and it still gives the error message
