I am trying to use Remedy on a mobile computer (Intermec cs40) running
Windows mobile 6.5 and IE 6.
Remedy forms will not open on this device.
My goal is to be able to scan barcode data in to my Remedy form.
If anyone has had any success doing this I would be interested in what
hardware/software

Can anyone suggest the best way to remove logos from all the ITSM forms. Does
anyone have the utility which can do this?
I am on ARS 7.6.03, ITSM 7.6.03, Mid-Tier 7.6.04, OS - Windows 2008 and Oracle

Corresponding to that form, in data base there are T and H tables named T980
and H980.
Also till June there is only two views named:

changed our phone number and I cannot get the number to change at all. I
can go into the administrator and find the page and change it there but
