Hello,
Are you trying to install IIS and Tomcat? If so, we wrote a long list of
issues to BMC on this topic (the default install was broken) but never
got a response. I think the major problem was the 64bit mod_jk build
(1.2.31, or maybe it was 1.2.30) didn't work.

I can't see the point of IIS in many configurations. Use Tomcat
standalone and SSO Plugin's Integrated Windows Authentication
functionality, not found in any other product :-)

Which version of IIS? We recently discovered multiple problems with the BMC

Hi,
I installed the oracle client 64 and the dependency walker. Still unable

useful for a single Midtier, however do remember that the connector (mod_jk)

You really don't want to use the 64bit JDK. See an earlier post I made on this
matter.

I got it working.
There were several issues in this scenario. Jakarta wasn't installing with
Tomcat, IIS 6 compatibility wasn't enabled, 32 bit apps needed to be enabled,
etc

Do you think this may be the issue you had with the special Windows setting?

Hello,
Have you tried simply downloading the latest version of Tomcat 6 and putting
the arsys war file in the webapps directory?
You probably don't want to bother with a 64bit VM - it's often a step
backwards in terms of performance, unless you're using gigs of memory.
