First of all thanks for your answer.
I followed your advice, I made the changes and I rerun the upgrade of ITSM. In
this second attempt the installation stopped to incident management install and
the errors reported in logs are the following:

In looking at logs InstallRAF7604_error.log it appears that the system is
trying to create a field that already exists
Corporate ID
If this is a custom field then rename field, also use archid to change
field id to a custom field id range.
Didn't check other log.
