Installing x copies of ARS on a server is no problem.
I have a laptop with 5.x, 6.x and 7.x on it. They all run great. No not
use port mapper. Specify a different port for each install.

my 5.x server name arsystem5 port rpc

You can license two different servers on the same system. However, you might want to be ready to explain this to BMC.

You can install separate instances of the server, you should name them differently.
You did not mention what backend database you are using, but I will assume that you are using Oracle. You must create the ARS database and user BEFORE
