I have Installed MyIT 2.1 with User Experience Patch 1.0 in my VM.
VM is running with 10 Gb of RAM and its stable with all the services
running.
However, when launch http://localhost:9000/ux/console it gets redirected to
MyIT app (which is fine) and then just keeps loading.
I have tried

I think it is best to create your business logic within AI job/transformation.
You will need some ARInput, CMDBLookup steps to find the needed information

After that you can use ootb DMT phases of

maybe) and get other field info using filter.

Me and Howard worked together on this issue. There is no separate license
required for smart IT. User can have fixed or floating license.
Important part is permission that controls whether you want to login to
smart IT as an administrator or Agent.
Hope this helps.

All,
It’s a little more than that.
Vaibhav found out that the user must have “Work Order Master Permission” on
7.6.4 r2, in order not to require a fixed AR license.

Hi I was wondering if anyone might have a post ITSM install/upgrade test plan
laying around that thay would be willing to share. Ideally a plan for 7.1 woud
be great but 7.x woul be OK as well. I can even extrapolate somthing out of an
8.x plan. Pretty much any version is better than nothing..

That's the way it works (or at least that's the way it has worked for me

As I recall, it's an account setting on the ARSlist website. You can
switch the flip either way. Most probably have it set the same way you
do. Just go to arslist.org to see your messages.

You should be careful of using the last login user. While this may work for
most CIs, there could be ones that are shared machines and the Last Login would
not be accurate. There is an field in SCCM called TopConsoleuser0 that can be
