Hi,
If you add API/FLTR/ESCL to the log as well, you will get more
time-stamped markers.
Also look at the RPC ID which uniquely identifies each API-call.
Each thread fires seqencially, but you may get calls from different
threads intermixed.

Hi,
Yes in fact I tried to remove the Return character via the replace function but
as you said all my lines become only one and even so I still have the ^M like :

Set it in the AR System User Preference form. If the default time

for that user it then uses the PC).

Hi folks. Just wondering if there is a field or ID on the incident form that
identifies if an incident originated from the SRM. I imagine there is one and
could probably find it but thought it might be quicker to ask the list.
Thanks
Steve
In the upper right-hand corner of the Incident, you should see a 'View Service
Request' link on those entries that came from an SR. Of course if you've set
the system parameter that generates SR's for Incident submission, they'll all
have this but if you haven't, it should work for you.
It's a form like any other. On the client you can also go to File -
Open and open the form.
Since I don't know how you have your system set up I'll give you a
method that should work anywhere...
After logging in to the web client you can change the URL...
