Re: Issues while installing Remedy 9 on RHEL 7 and Oracle 11g
Hi, Finally after our Network team open all ports, we can connect to Remedy 9 but only through guest user Not even a single user got created in User form and every user is getting connected as only a guest user What could be wrong here ? We have set admin user while silent install but that user is not having admin privileges. Re: Issues while installing Remedy 9 on RHEL 7 and Oracle 11g
Hi Laurent, It would be difficult to share log files on public group as we are working for a very critical client. The only errors I can see in logs (install logs and arerrorlogs) is related to connection timeout or connection refused. Please suggest if it is advisable to rerun the silent installer on top of it what we have right now ? Having done some SNOW training I personally felt it's a shitty product with a very pretty interface.. I don't think you'll get too many cross overs unless the quality of the ServiceNOW product improves a 100 fold.. Recently I heard a big MA based company that switched to SNOW from Remedy switched back in under 2 years..
