You probably have to import the record, instead of creating it from the UI.
I had to do that in at least one case when I had to add data to the SYS:Menu
Items form

Dear Listers,
We have been seeing something quite unusual in the Incident Management Console
on the midtier:
- whenever the Role field value is changed from the drop down menu, there is a
brief moment we see MNU2932 (the menu item id value from the SYS:Menu
Items form) and then the actu

All,
I was looking through the documentation for Change and
elaborate on what type of issues you are facing? I’m sure we’ll face
the same ones! Thanks for your response.

Dear Listers,
I am in the processing of setting up a second server (in a server group) to run
AIE. The first server already has a fully running instance of AIE, but we want
to setup another instance for additional processing.
AIE 7.1.0 Patch 6
AR System 7.1.0 Patch 6
ITSM 7.1.0 Patch 9.

Dear Listers,
We upgraded our test environment from AR Server 7.1.0 Patch 006 to Patch 009.
As part of the upgrade we upgraded the AREA LDAP plugin as well. After the
upgrade, we are unable to authenticate against LDAP. We can login to the system
by setting a local password in the user form. I
u get when you are trying to authenticate
using the plugin..

Listers,
The OOB notifications display the date/time values in the server time zone by
default. This behavior is not desirable and we are in the process of
investigating options to display date/time field values in the email recipient
user's time zone setting. The behavior is already available
your user ($Date/Time$ - ($offset *
3600)…then use that temp field in your notifications.

Dear Listers,
Is there a simple way to disable the SLM module from checking the SLM license?
We have ITSM 7.0.3 Patch 9 (inlcuding SLM) installed and licensed in all our
environments - dev, test and prod. We are attempting to the run the other ITSM
applications without SLM module. We don't

Is there a way for users to specify the sort options in the results list

Actually, AIE was called EIE on ITSM 6.x (CMDB 1.1) and if memory serves me
right, EIE had to be bought separately. So, if EIE was purchased, then it can
be used for populating the CMDB.
