I have my server running on Suse Linux Enterprise Server 10. It is licensed
without problem, I can export the lic file from the Arsystem administration
console
but now here is the question,
where is in my server the arsystem.lic?.usually on a Linux server is in
in the database! You can access them from the AR
System Administration console.

Do someone know how to leave the values after submitting a Request in
HPD:Helpdesk form. I mean, when I submit a ticket, (default) all the values
return to blank values in order to submit a new Request, but I want to leave
the previous values in modify

In the User Tool, click Tools, Options. Select Tab Behaviours. Then
select the appropriate On New value (Keep previous fields)...
