Tauf: User is a member of support group and is available.
Chris: checked the permissions on the user form they match the people form.

On the CTM:People record - is Unrestricted Access checked? Should it be, as in 
should the user have unrestricted access? If yes, uncheck  save the record 
then check Unrestricted Access and save the record.
