Chris: checked the permissions on the user form they match the people form. On the CTM:People record - is Unrestricted Access checked? Should it be, as in should the user have unrestricted access? If yes, uncheck save the record then check Unrestricted Access and save the record. Make sure the user has a default support group set and availability is set to Yes. Check this in the support group tab in the people form.
