Hi Rafael, Thanks for your response. This is the inconsistent doc I was referring to. When you run the installer from a separate machine it never gets to the selection screen for Web Services as it says “cannot be installed” for a remote server. I am going to try to install it on the server itself and then move it to another machine. Hi Folks, Windows; MS SQL Server; ITSM 1805. Just a quick Q. When 1805 was installed, CMDB Core was installed but CMDB Web Services was not. It turns out BMC said it wasn't needed but apparently, it is.
