I have to look at the probability of using ARM. Currently, we run LE COBOL STCs
with lot of Assembler subroutines.
Is it possible to use IXCARM as a called Assembler routine to register for ARM
and detect if it was a restart ?
Or do i have to have a pure Assembler STC ?
