[Assp-test] 2.0.0(11.02-te) documentation issue

Before I updated form 9.04, I read the assp_version_2.0.0_11.02-te file. The dates it noted for changes were in 2008, so I did not read, them, thinking that the information was way older that 9.04. This was not the case, and I ended up wondering why I could no longer log into the GUI.
