I'm the guilty party. I've been trying to fix several CDR bugs,
involving stuff like missing times, missing changes in state (like
NO_ANSWER when the call was ANSWERED), etc.

To get the CSV backend to pump CDRs into
the /var/log/asterisk/cdr-csv/Master.csv file, you need to:
a.
to determine why var3 is empty, and maybe
insert some code to make sure it's always set to something, or rephrase
the expression to work better in that case.
Best of luck!

Hi all,
i just updated to asterisk 1.4.4
This patch will properly set the accountcode amaflag from the local
channel's owner at channel creation time, and therefore, the local
channels' CDR as well.

Or maybe it is the default and it is an implicit value?
But even then you should be able to change the dialplan at runtime.
Just not writng it back to the file.
The dialplan commands are implemented in
a call to come in, a message to be played, music on
hold, call out to the called party, then enter 1 to accept, 2 to
reject.

An interesting concept. File an enhancement request on bugs.digium.com,
and assign it to me, if you can; I'll look into it.

I totally agree! While you can get what you want with +101
jumping, I highly suggest
an error in the dial pan FreePBX generated.
My suggestion: try a FreePBX mailing list first; the problem *is* more
likely to be in their stuff.

Hello Asterisk users,
Can someone thwack me with a clue stick please?
I am following the Asterisk TFOT book Dial() example trying to get the
limit and announcements to work as per below.
These settings seem to have no effect.
to talk about this.
This is a good place to discuss it; what you want to do, may already
have been done in dozens of places! And people love to brag! :)
