John,
Voicepulse Connect has been great to me. I've been using it for over a year
now, and do not have any major complaints, except that there are no
printable receipts for credit card transactions. SIP is also the preferable
protocol, as IAX seems to have some issues. Customer service is usually

It sounds more like the agents are making the transfers...
If a caller were to transfer a call (#0 1555-555-1212), they would be
transferring the AGENT to the that number, not themselves!
Either way, the caller SHOULD be disconnected after the transfer. (Or

In my (limited) experience with rxfax, it has issues with large faxes. I
soon gave up on rxfax and switched to hylafax (which works much better).
Check the wiki for installation instructions. (And hylafax will
correctly hangup when the fax has completed/failed/whatever.)

The problem can be reproduced in the same way by putting a caller on hold,
unholding, and holding again. The MOH restarts from the beginning of
whichever file it was playing last. (I have random enabled, so it randomly
picks a please wait for the next blah blah blah file). (I'm using 1.4
release).
Queue option r, like so:
Exten = s,1,Queue(somequeue|r)
Try 'show application queue' at the CLI

This is not necessary - unless you are setting call-limit in sip.conf, and
don't have any patches on 1.2 to prevent app_queue from sending multiple
calls to the same member, they will automatically receive the call on the
second line appearance. (And third, and forth, and so on.)
Wes Baehr
The default queue configuration would achieve this. Based on your queue
calling method (ringall, roundrobin, etc), all the agents would be able to
receive the 2nd call, and whoever answers it first gets it.

Has anyone used the new 3102? If so, does it work correctly?
I heard lots of horror stories about the SPA-3000 causing terrible echo,
picking up voice tones as DTMF, etc, so Im a little hesitant to buy.
Thanks,

It was my understanding that when an agent answers a queue call, he will not
be hit with another call until he finishes his current call.
Currently, my agents get hit with calls from the queue while they are still
on a previous call, so I've resorted to setting their call-limit in
