That all looks very reasonable. I assume the entry in voicemail.conf is in the [local] section/context. Might double-check that. It's actually in the [remote] section, but the other Sipura 2000's that are also there work normal (able to check voicemail, send receive calls, etc.) Also,

Look for a DTMF setting in the sipura webpage setup - it defaults to 'auto' but maybe u should try experimenting with 'inband' - this also goes hand-in-hand with the dtmfmode setting for each extension in sip.conf I tried changing the DTMF settings on the Sipura (Inband, Inband+INFO, AVT,
