Hi Mike - Well, when I restart the cli as requested below and go the addition steps of setting verbose to 25 and turning sip debug on for the phone in test, I don't get ANYTHING on the console. Sounds like it's a phone issue after all, right? I've got the same symptoms for BOTH the Sipura

What kind of phone are you using? some devices which connect you pstn phone to voip network have their own special dtmf keys defined inside their configuration to perform special actions, maybe thats your problem. also check for your dtmf setting. dtmf settings should be same on both sides. On
