end time but these records are not getting saved in the cdr database.

I've googled I found that the name of the recording file should be inserted
in userfield of CDR table. To do this I set
createlink=yes in agents.conf

yes I made a mysql database that cdr data is being saved there. but I
checked config files
The point is that I set recordagentcalls and calls of agents are recorded,
so I don't have any problem here. The problem is that I can not retrieve the
name of the recorded files.
