Im so confused regarding Telmex specification of my ISDN PRI line.
The following is the line specification from Telmex:
Phisical interface:g703
coding: hdb3
signalling:isdn pri
clock: recover
crc4: yes
framing:pcm30 or cas
no cdp enable

1) Is it possible to have CAS framing with no R2?
You cannot have CAS and PRI at the same time. Thats for sure. Also CAS
goes hand-in-hand with R2. CAS means Channel Associated Signalling and
MFC-R2 is the Signalling
