I think you are using ath9k_htc driver and this is not a
functionality issue. The rate control in ath9k_htc is done in firmware , so
we are not updating the tx rate to user space .We are looking into this
issue.To make sure that the tx rate is high you can look into the ath9k_htc
MASK == dev_addr.
hostapd changed the BSSID without succesfull.
