Re: SAPI voices: your thaughts? Well, as for free SAPI voices, I still use eSpeak. But there are non-English SAPI voices that are also free, but Im not going to name them. I also happen to have SAPI5 DECtalk. Its free, and is based on DECtalk 4.6.4. I personally use Dennis, Harry, and Paul
