Yeah can confirm I more or less stopped playing. I think this game would be really solid if it was done in such a way where you don't have to scan Every. Single. Step. It's not 1995. This can be done so much better. If you want examples of much better games, go play shadow line. I hate saying that, because I kinda get a Resident Evil 1 vibe from this game mixed with.. stuff? Neat concept, just bad design.

Well, I was the one who helped with SG accessibility and I can say only one: Wait patiently and it will be rewarded! I'll be testing patches after the release and We will be working on adding new mechanics to make everything playable. Of course tolk, like in Skullgirls will be implemented to read the menus / items etc and only a platforming sections plus few other stuff mnust be tweaked. I'll be posting more on my twitter and here when the time will come so... get your fingers crossed! This will be a huge adventure for us!

well, this is a really interesting game, despite all of the silly criticism. Unfortunately, the lack of goals has got me puzzled. But its fun to avoid things like pits opening all of a sudden and to know you can actually jump over them, though it definitely gets harder. The ghosts are just annoying but nice to have because it gives you something to concentrate on killing. I really have not figured out other stuff, like what else am I supposed to do besides delivering mail. A learn sounds option or a description of them would have been nice. At least a list  of what items I can get would also have been nice. But well, at least I got to 45 points. You should also point out that the ladder has a door sound and that you can get from one area to another by climbing on it and mention at least how many areas there are. I have not a clue what the fountain does, either.Looking at the sounds you apparently have appearing powerups, and you can use boards. probably to cover up pits? mm

Greetings all.I feel I must play devil's advocate once more. What if this was something Christian couldn't talk to or with his family about because they would automatically try to shelter him from the truth? I myself had to go far outside my own family to get the answer to this very question and when my beloved mentor told me, it was a comfort to me. It matters not whether or not people think you are mature, it only matters that you are kind and good to those around you. If you can do that and make the important decisions for yourself then yes you are mature. Physical maturity is not synonymous with mental/emotional or even spiritual maturity. People with developmental issues may be physically mature but can they make their own decisions? No I'm not tarring all with developmental issues; I'm making a general statement and such can only be determined on a case by case basis. There are those who suffer from a high level of autism and it would be ludicrous to suggest that they need to be baby-sat 24/7. However, they might not be very good at social interaction because some may not be able to connect with people on an emotional level. Books may be their companions and subjects like math and science may be far more enjoyable than dealing with humanity.Is this topic pointless? I do not think so because it can be taken in quite a few directions. Fortunately or unfortunately depending on how you look at it, the question of maturity is very subjective. I am one who probably trusts too easily and I'll always give people the freedom to say and do what they see fit and only counsel them if they are in error. We learn from our mistakes and yes I know that some people may need repeated lessons but as far as I'm concerned, I live and let live. I've checked out Christian's profile and to me, his signature suggests that he's probably being persecuted for being a Christian AKA 'don't be surprised if I get banned though'. What more can I say/write? FOr anyone interested, here's something I just discovered tonight. 1OOM, the re-created game engine, is set up by default to try and emulate MOO asclosely as possible. THis includes emulating some bugs and other slightly odd behavior. There is a way to patch the game at run-time to fix some of the issues. CHeck into thedoc/ directory, and particularly the various files with names starting with list. In particular, the deterministic entry and option to get news upon conquest of orion are interesting, along with many of the otheroptions.To make and apply patches, you need to use the 1oom_pbxmake program and a file containing the items you want to patch. THis requires use of the command line, but might be worth it if you want to try out some of these fixes. THere's also one related to the space amoeba FIrefly encountered. I just thought this might be of interest to some people on here

When audio cues are on the same side, for example left bumper and left trigger, it'd be awesome if cues didn't play at the exact position. Ssame for right side. you have something like cymbal and clap playing at once, it's hard to hear that teeny cymbal sound sometimes over the clap, since they're panned at the exact location. hopefully that makes sense.

I used the audio craft. Its really basic. You might be able to salvage some stuff from it, but its really bare bones. Walk aaround, place blocks, and tts tells you the type of tile.

For someone who don’t know, today is a day for a release date of indivisible, an action RPG from lab 0 games, the guys who brought us skullgirls and the game was published by 505 games.This is a 2.5d side-scrolling RPG inspired by games like valkyrie profile or any other side-scrolling RPGS. so far I have have been working on a js system for sound-only navigating of the settings, audio feed-back etc. The idea is to make something simple (a few rooms and a cliff-side perhaps) and give people a chance to try a lot of tweaking. See what works. I have found that testing beats the crap out of planning. I have also found that when you ask someone for something very specific it works much better than asking them to envision the whole thing. who knows.

Second half of split fencer dungeon in Shadow Line

I'm on the 21st floor and get to a room that has 3 sets of pits to jump over, with those teleport things to take you back to the previous set of pits. Once I get over the 3 sets of pits, I'm confronted by one of those bridge things that you need to dash over. It's way too long to dash over and the field viewer just shows me that there's a pit on the other side with no discerning gap I can find. Anyone got any hints? I swear I did this years ago. It's quite possible certain things have been changed from version to version as well.

I am working on a sound only version of Mindcraft using _javascript_ and the howler library and MYSQL. I hope someday it will turn into some sort of plugin or something for sound only access to the real Mindcraft. but my goals are often lofty. I think the first step is to figure out what a sound only interface would look like then see if someone associated with Mindcraft would would be receptive. I think there is a lot of untapped quality to sound that can be as rich and informative to the standard vision centric method of information. Honestly I think there is a chance that someone involved with Mindcraft mightbe receptive.  There are lots of coders who would like to do something meaningful. my first thought is to build my own system to experiment with how it would work. I think it would be interesting for sighted people to try as well.  I am totally new to the idea of audio games so I hope you are a friendly group.

I should say that the thing about MOO is that the different races have small perks which change the way the game works. For instance, the Meklar can control more factories faster than other races, the Silicoid are able to colonize worlds faster because they don't worry about hostile environments, and the  Klackon grow faster than other races because they are literally bugs.THe re-creation apparently does support multiplayer locally, but not online. I've never tried this personally. The original MOO 1 only supported single player against the AI.

Firefly, okay, I'll try my best to explain how all this works. The numbers are internal to the game, as far as I can tell, they don't have anything to do with distance. Sometimes close numbers can  be close together but that's generally a coincidence and shouldn't be depended upon for anything.Research points are one of the things your production goes into. Your planet produces something which they call billions of credits, or BC. That depends on the number of factories you have, and your technology, population produces a certain number of them, I think factories always produce just 1 per factory, but the number your population produces goes up as you research.The BC get spent  by the production sliders. I'm not sure if there's a BC to RP conversion anywhere, but basically the higher your research slider the more income your planet will produce. If you type the "emp," command, you will get an overview of how much you make in total, where it's going, and where it comes from. A lot of the time you don't need to really worry about specific planets once you set the sliders one way, you can generally leave them there a few turns without issues. One of the things people love about MOO is the lack of micromanagement.Missile bases are paid for with the "d/defense," slider. They are automatically upgraded as you get new weapons technology, as long as you spend BC on defense. If you don't have enough to upgrade them all, it will show "upgrade," next to the defense slider, which just means you need to increase the slider a bit more to do so. Once all your bases are upgraded, further defense spending just builds new bases or planetary shields, if you have the tech for that.Factories are built with the i/industrial slider. These are controlled by your population, each  can control up to 2 factories at the start of the game, and  as with many things in the game this increases with technology. Robotic controls allow you to have more factories controlled by fewer people. If you've reached the maximum number of factories you can support, "MAX," is displayed next to that slider. Factories start at out, I think, 10 Bc per factory and decrease gradually in cost as tech increases.Finally, ecology is used for keeping your planets waste-free as well as terraforming them, which increases the population maximum among other things. It's generally best to keep your planets as waste-free as you can, though this can be hard if you need to spend 30% or more of your production on just that alone. Again, there's technology to gradually make it easier to do this.Hope this helps.

13.2 beta is worse. VO now crashes randomly. I wouldn’t advise immediately updating. 13.1 was worse than 13.0, and now 13.2 beta is worse than 13.1. So when 13.2 is released wait for other peoples feedback

Is that the one with a wind "wall" on each side, and a bunch of shorter ones going up? If so, yeah, that's a tough one. Very long, and hard to find a pattern. You'll need to repeat the same command multiple times somehow.- It might be wise to protect Muffin's cute face from those evil walls, just in case.- Some winds can't be avoided. But fortunately, those are the nice ones. They only want to play with Muffin for a bit and will release them after that.- Of course, most of them are evil. But, perhaps if you find an empty path to turn to just before meeting them ...- The path you need to turn Muffin towards to escape the wind is always on the same side, on which there are no fake ones to get lost in. So simple!- Remember to turn them back soon though, else they'll walk into another wind. You want them to to be facing the right direction, which is right, right?Still nothing? But how! hello. I would like to chime in and talk about my preferences, on Windows I can use eloquence or Espeak interchangeably,  sometimes depending on the language. I've gotten used to them over the past few years, and they work fine for normal reading. on the respective side, though, on the iPhone I have a huge list of languages configured, and I sometimes like to see what particular voices sound like, but in day-to-day use, I use Victoria as my main voice. she seems to be the balance between Alex who is very large in comparison,  and Fred home I just can't deal with for some reason. on the Macintosh I do use Alex most of the time, because I want to differentiate my different devices in one Way Or Another. I find the Macintalk voices very understandable even at fast speech rates, and I love their sentence processing capabilities, that more natural sounding voices just don't have. so for me on the iPhone it's a win-win situation. I use a voice that is much smaller than most of the other ones , and she sounds very good.   I can understand her at the relative speech rate of 100%. if I do use natural sounding voices, it's only to test them out for a short period of time. I have a lot of them just laying around,  especially some of the older sapi5 voices, but very often I have to switch back to eloquence because of how weird they sound in almost any context. I do have to use them sometimes, like on my Apple watch for example, where no other options are present , and I stuck with Karen a lot during iOS7 or so. in most cases, it's fine, it's just if you have better options, take advantage of them, I say. there is two things I don't get. first, why do compact versions of vocalizer Voices , or other hmm based voices not include exclamation  functionality? it's capable of doing it  so why doesn't it? this applies to the Google TTS engine that I sometimes hear on Android devices, although I don't have one myself, but they don't even take commas or question marks into account at all, they say everything as if it was a statement . and secondly, some vocalizer voices are able to make some kind of question, while others don't have the ability to even inflect differently not just on questions , but on commas too. the availability of these types of inflections seems to be completely random,  depending on which voice you decide to use. why can't they just make everything the same way ? And yeah, about Truevoice inflecting really weird, I have to agree on that, it's funny. And Microsoft tried to do some pretty interesting sentence processing with their Sapi5 voices back in the Windows XP days, I find those more annoying than funny to be honest. Speaking of which, Microsoft's one core voices are also HMM based and they do the same not inflecting on exclamations thing. I mean come on!

@Milos: As he said, you need OCR. And i think you will need a certain mod for the controls.The only problem i see with Stellaris is, that there is no playable demo for this and the game costs 40 Euros. Thats pretty much for a game you cant test before you buy it.

But if you have, then Zoya already gave you some info on which rooms to check. Indeed, I'm very certain that she mentioned the name of who you need to find info on, too. She's much more helpful than I'm gonna be.6. Not every employee will have the same permissions. You'll have to find enough info about one of the higher ups.7. Perhaps someone involved with this project you keep hearing about ...8. Their photo should surely be archived somewhere.9. Chemistry is amazing. You can make things explode, handle poisonous substances ... even melt equipment! So many things to learn!

Well, just switch to ESpeak!Just kidding.  Nothing can replace Eloquence for me, either.I must admit though, that while I used to loathe ESpeak, it has since managed to grow on me ... like a tumor of sorts.  It becomes much less annoying once you find the voice you can stand; for me, this is Male 7, with 50 % pitch and 40 % inflection. Since I'm stingy, and the Eloquence app for Android apparently isn't all that good anyway, I'm using that voice on my phone, and it's good enough.Have you tried DECTalk, by the way? It's also of a similar style; voices that're just the right combination between robotic and natural. It's indeed a shame that the older voices are so much better than the newer ones. Makes me feel like shouting for them to get off my lawn, and I'm still just a teenager!
